You can download all your sciNote data in the form of a report, which can be downloaded as a .pdf file. The report, however, does not include the attachments (uploaded files in sciNote) except for the images.
To create a report, first, open a project to view the Project's experiments. Then open the REPORTS tab and click the green button New report. A blank report paper appears, where you click on the plus symbol. Next, choose an experiment in the Choose tasks tab by checking the right box. In the second tab, you decide what content to include in a report (e.g. protocol steps, results, samples, activity, etc.). After that, generate a report by clicking the "Add to report" button. You can then save the report within sciNote, export it as a PDF or print it out.
In the GIF file below, you will see two experiments "qPCR" and "Protein spectrometry" within a project called "Demo project". I made a report for "qPCR" experiment.
In addition, we plan to develop Export all function in the near future that will enable you to export all your data as a .zip file on your computer or local server.
In case you want to have a local installation of sciNote on your server, we offer that as a payable service. For additional information, please send us a query to email@example.com.
