SciNote is developed in Ruby on Rails and makes use of Docker technology, so the easiest way to run it is inside Docker containers. Docker containers are based on open standards, enabling containers to run on all major Linux distributions and on Microsoft Windows. To install SciNote on a Windows server follow the instructions on GitHub.
