To view a protocol that is created by another user, you have to be invited to their team first and the protocol needs to be stored in the Protocols repository as public (i.e. shared) protocol.
You can then preview the protocol in the Protocols repository, by clicking on a protocol name. A Protocol preview window appears, where you can see protocol’s main information (who created the protocol and when, its keywords, etc.) and all the protocol steps. You can also view the protocol within a certain task. However, you still need to become a team member. After you are invited to the team, you are able to see the protocols of the projects which are set as public. To see the protocols of the private projects, on the other hand, you need to be invited to them. Once you have access to the project, you can view the protocol within a certain task. First, open the task and you can see the protocol under the Protocol steps overview (see the image below).
