There is no general way to add data, because every type of data in sciNote needs to be put in context, which makes it possible for users to extract the data once needed. In that sense, how to add data highly depends on the type of data you want to input.
If we look at the tree-structure in sciNote of any team, the first structural level are projects. Within a project you create experiments and within experiments, you create tasks. When you open a task, each task includes an overview of protocols, results, activity, samples, reports and custom repositories (see the image below).
