SciNote Manuscript Writer is enabled per each user.
When you create your free account in SciNote, Manuscript Writer add-on will automatically be activated for you.
The number of drafts you can generate is limited to 5 for the free accounts. If you are among the Premium users, you have unlimited number of drafts.
