You have two options, that depend on whether your employee’s lab notebook represents their SciNote account (= employee’s team) or it is an individual project within your team.
Each person receives a team when they create a SciNote account. This allows them to invite other members to the team and work on projects together or use SciNote individually.
So, in the first case, each individual employee can invite you to their team. After that, you will be able to see the projects that are set as visible to All team members.
If you want to see their projects that are visible to Project members only, they need to invite you to the project as well and assign you a role. To decide which role might suit you most please refer to a document explaining all the user roles and permissions for free SciNote version.
Alternatively, you can invite your employees to your team, where they can create their projects. If needed, each employee can invite you to a project and set it as Private, so others cannot view it.
Since you are the Creator of your team, you are an Administrator by default, which means you can see all private projects.
