Our sciNote users can always turn to our support page, which is a great source of knowledge base. You can read the frequently asked questions of our users, watch the video tutorials or check the latest improvements in sciNote by reading the release notes. Of course, you can also write to our support office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition, software itself includes step-by-step tutorial that guides you through the entire app and can be repeated as many times as needed. To repeat the tutorial, go to your profile and click Settings, then select Preferences under the Account tab. Find the green button Repeat tutorial and click on it to start a tutorial. Also, you can find »Demo project« within the app, which demonstrates how to structurally set up your project, experiment and tasks.
For our premium customers, however, we offer Premium support, which includes consulting, onboarding (online training of new users) and scheduled phone support. In case you are interested in having Premium support, send us an email to email@example.com.
