SciNote enables you to use advanced filters to search for specific activities (changes made in SciNote) you are interested in. You can filter activities for an individual user(s) or the entire team in a specific time period on a project, experiment or task level. You can also select an object such as the inventory, protocol, report etc.
The advanced filtering function was introduced to Global Activities, Project Activity and Task Activity. To enter Global Activities, click the button Activities in the left menu bar of the main dashboard.
On the other hand, you can access Task Activity from a selected task in SciNote. Simply choose the Activity tab in the top menu bar of the task screen.
The Activities screen is divided into three panes: top filter, activity and side filter pane (see the image below).
In the top filter pane, you can expand or collapse the history of activities. In the activity pane, up to 20 activities are displayed by default, however, if you want to see more you can click Show more activities at the bottom of the page. The side filter pane contains individual filters: Team, Activity created, Activity type, User and Object.
